Comparative International Boiler Tubing Specifications

approximate equivalent, then compare the details of the specifications
to determine if substitution is permissible. In general, the Japanese (JIS)
specs match up pretty well with the American(ASME/ASTM), while the
British (BS) and German specs are usually more difficult to find an
equivalent in.
